I recently stumbled across the home of Camilla Freeman-Topper (one half of Aussie label Camilla + Marc) and loved everything about the modern French look she created, which oozes nothing short of glamour.
Her clever mix of traditional French provincial themed pieces with colourful and overly feminine touches give her home an incredible sense of warmth.
Evidence of Camilla's artistic flair is everywhere with elements like the graffiti mirror and bold artwork creating eye-catching focal points.
The stand out for me has to be that divine velvet vintage couch and I do love this idea of stacking magazines too.
Here's how to recreate Camilla's style....
1. French style chair // 2. Tom Ford hardcover book // 3. Cushion // 4. Limoge tea set // 5. Coffee table // 6. Cire Trudon candle // 7. Meg Biram art // 8. Zebra hide rug
Would you consider this style for your home?

So gorgeous. Love all the patterns and colors!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful home. Love all the pieces you found too - I kind of really want a hide rug (but I feel kinda bad about it?) and I looove anything with watercolour-like florals. xo
ReplyDeletewow, that first image is spectacular!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the patterns and that painting in the first image!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I would do it in my home, but I would definitely ooogle all over it if a friend had it! PS totally love Camilla Freeman Topper, those glasses she wears get me every time!
ReplyDeleteSuch a stunning interior! The shade of that couch is just impossibly pretty. Thank you for your sweet comments on my blog Rachel, meant so much:)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful kitchenware, and all in one place.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful house! Stylish decor and airy space, the perfect combination! Rachel, next week I'll go to Paris twice (for work and then for pleasure) and I will think a lot about our Saturday there! Hope everything is well, take care! Caterina
ReplyDeleteYou said it, what a peferct mix. Really loving everything about this place!
ReplyDeleteI love that mix of pastel velvet, floral cushions and zebra stripes - awesome... and yes the stacking of magazines is a good idea - mine would probably go further than the ceiling though! :) No, seriously!;)x
ReplyDeleteLove the stacking of magazines and the entire fireplace look in this home. I also have a crush on the leather stools or whatever you call them. Wouldn't mind having at least two of those.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend Rachel ;-)
What a beautiful home! I think the mix of vintage and modern elements is one of my favourite elements of it....
