Wednesday Workspace {white, bright + lovely}

I'm gathering as much inspiration as possible at the moment for my new workspace, so when I came across the lovely white + bright home office of Annabelle Kerslake (co-founder of fete magazine), I saved it straight in my ' for later' files.


I love how beautifully the smallest details have been organised - the jars for storing paper clips + pegs; the magazine files + the wall organiser with a slot for each day of the week. These are all practical storage ideas + also look incredibly pretty!

Wednesday Workspace {minimalistic}

I made the lovely discovery of newly the redesigned studio of Rachel Duister, founder of the shop Fashionology, today. I adore the industrial feel of her minimalistic workspace that still manages to have loads of personality. How fun is the swing she has set up for guests as a seat?

Light, bright & lovely kitchen

I stumbled across this lovely kitchen over at Skona Hem and immediately was drawn to the light, bright and lovely white interior. I admit I have a thing for white floorboards, and these, combined with the fabulous pendant light and bright pops of (the chairs, Nespresso machine and artwork) make for an incredible space - don't you think?

For the love of white

As much as I love colour, I really adore nothing more than pure white interiors. This home caught my eye; with it's shabby chic style, mixed with a dash of country decor and a dose of French thrown in for good measure. It was hard not to fall in love.

The loveliest thing about this home? The delightful caravan parked out the back...Pure magic!

Heavenly White

Hello lovelies, how was your weekend? I had a fun filled weekend and managed to catch the new Ben Afleck movie, The Town. Such a great story, but extremely sad at the same time; highly recommended!

How heavenly is this pure white home? I saw it, and immediately felt refreshed and recharged; perfect for a Monday really! Hope your week is off to a great start.

When I spied this exquisite Victorian cottage over at This is Glamorous I was instantly captivated, given it looks exactly like the delightful cottages you would find amongst the pages of fairytale books.

A City Apartment with a Dash of Country

Inner city living and apartments go hand in hand, so learning how to create inspiring interiors when space is a challenge is a must if you want to enjoy the fabulous life of the city.

When I spied this apartment over at Classy & Glamorous I was instantly smitten by how beautifully it had been put together; but couldn't help but notice the apartment had a distinct country flavour, despite it's inner city trappings...

The clever use of white throughout the apartment creates a fabulous illusion of space. The fact that the apartment is filled with light is an added bonus!

I am in heaven with the 'country feel' of the apartment; the floral touches, white wooden furniture and lovely textures all give the sense that you could be in a country home, but no, this is city-living!

How quaint this this kitchen? Smally but extremely functional with loads of storage. I love the white oven with the country-style timer; such small details add to the overall country-inspired feel of the apartment.

How is your week my dears? I am so thankful that the weekend is only one more day away!

Interiors Inspiration {Pure White}

There is something enchanting about pure white interiors; I feel a sense of calmness and serenity every time I see perfect rooms with shades of white. 

What I find completely fascinating is the numerous shades of white that actually exist, which husband and I found out as we were choosing paints for our walls. We are pick the paint up this week and then next weekend will be spent painting!


Do you have plans for the weekend? We are surrounded by boxes at the moment, with the goal of having our apartment completely packed by the end of the weekend, ready for our big move. Let's hope we can achieve it!

Interiors Inspiration {Blue & White}

I'm not a massive fan of blue and white as a colour scheme, but after seeing these gorgeous interiors, my perception is changing; I think I could go for blue and white palette in the bedroom or bathroom;  especially after seeing the last bedroom and bathroom - they are divine!

Any plans for the weekend lovelies? I'm going wedding dress shopping for my sister which will be loads of fun!
