Pink + Pretty

I adore pink, always have and probably always will. I may go overboard on occasion, but whenever I get the choice to pick a colour for something, whether it be a notebook, pen or lip balm, I will always go for the pink option. Even my wallet is now pink! Pink is such a  playful and fun colour; and in my view a girl can never have enough pink in her life.

Wednesday Workspace {pink + gold)

I've been crushing over the colour mix of pink and gold lately and when I spied both of these girly-glam workspaces, each with similar palettes I couldn't resist the prettiness!

colour crush :: valentines edition {pink + red}

Happy {love} day my dears! 

Valentine's day is the perfect excuse to celebrate all things pink, red + lovely, so why not make the day extra special and indulge a few little luxuries you may not have otherwise?

* Treat yourself to a manicure + pedicure.

* Wear your most beautiful underwear.
* Dress up! Wear an outfit that you look and feel fabulous in.

* Curl up on the sofa with a book or magazine while burning your favourite scent.
* End the day on a high by taking a relaxing bubble bath.

Wednesday Workspace {pretty pink}

I'm not going to lie, I have had a pretty awful day today. You know, the kind of day where everything seems to go wrong and you are thinking "Really? Is this actually happening?". So to brighten my mood I need some pink pretties to cheer me up and this workspace has done the trick!

Such a perfectly girly space filled with feminine touches, don't you agree?

Wednesday Workspace {Pretty & Pink}

You may have already seen Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere’s beautiful home on Apartment Therapy, but I couldn’t resist dedicating a post about her fabulous pink workspace.

Emily has created the loveliest haven for herself to work in. The minimalist approach she has used to decorate is evident but the pieces she has added to really define her style - the très chic lamp, the ridiculously gorgeous love seat, the cow hide rug and gold Moroccan pouffe - all add the perfect amount of personality.

I would never normally be a fan of pink walls, but I think it works beautifully with Emily's styling choices - what do you think?

Colour Splash {Hot Pink}

It's such a cold and dreary day in Sydney today so I thought a dose of colour inspiration would help to put the winter chills at bay. 

And what better colour than hot pink? 

What I really love about these rooms is that despite the colour they are not really 'girly' at all, which is almost always associated with pink. 

A daring interiors choice by any standards, but don't you agree these rooms are fabulous?

These stylish pink decors are simply gorgeous! I love the pinks mixed with the different shades of blue, so pretty and feminine.
