Wednesday Workspace {understated glamour}

 At first glance this could appear to be a rather neutral, and dare I say a boring space, but taking a closer look at the textures at play, you can see there have been many layers added to create an incredibly understated glamorous corner.

I really can't get past the awesomeness of this lucite chair which is complemented so well by the fur throw. Yes, this would be workspace heaven for me.

What do you think: is this space too neutral and safe; or full of understated glamour goodness?

A big thank you to Claudia who put this workspace on my radar!

  1. So far from neutral and safe! If I break it down, I love the Deco detail in the desk, the corkboard lampshade, and that fabulous artwork on the wall. :)x

  8. I'm obsessed with this workspace -- that lucite S chair, the sheepskin throw. I would love to work in a room like that!

  11. I'm into it! At first it may seem rather understated, you're right, but actually there is a lot of attitude going on. Not to mention, desk by a window= win for me every time. :)

  12. Of course, little colour lover me would like a little more hue, but this is far from boring - plenty of texture and interest! xx

  16. I don't think it's boring at all - the texture of the wall, painting and fur throw lift the layers beautifully. I feel like it would be impossible to get stressed in this space!
