Happy weekend!

Happy weekend friends! I'm in countdown mode for my trip now, its only 6 weeks to go! I picked up my passport this week, plus I'm picking up my camera on the weekend, which means I can start to experiment before I go on my course in 2 weeks time.
I'm also trying to find an apartment in Paris, so if you know any good sites to look at please let me know!

Do you have any exciting plans?

Here are this weeks' lovely picks....

Sophie made the loveliest video of her ultimate day out in London - I will be following these great suggestions when I'm there!

+ The new Cire Trudon store London looks incredible + is my idea of heaven; I can't wait to visit.

+ I loved this simple DIY for making pretty teacup candles.

+ This recipe for homemade chocolate Oreo ice cream looks decadent + delicious!

{Weekend reading}
+ Rue

+ In case you missed it...

+ I guest posted over at A Diary of Lovely sharing my dream holiday destination.

+ Modern Day Style series: the elegant + chic Jackie O.

Have a lovely weekend!

  13. Hi. This is my first visit to your site via a link from Pinterest. I may be able to help with the Paris apartment if you're still looking. We recently stayed in this little apartment (http://www.parisianhome.com/S08401.html) for two months. It was very cute and only a couple of blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. There are also plenty of other choices on the Parisian Home website and they were very easy to deal with. Have a great trip. Melinda
